K-G4 Break Camps

Students will be chefs in the classroom this week, trying new recipes and learning about where our food comes from. We will start out the week with a trip to the farmer's market to get fresh ingredients, and then will make a cookbook and recipes to take home throughout the three days. Come hungry, we're excited to eat together!

Campers will explore their creativity through a variety of hands-on art experiences. Each day, children will experiment with different materials and techniques—such as painting, drawing, collage, sculpture, and mixed media—while learning that there’s no “right” way to make art. Campers will be encouraged to express their ideas, take creative risks, and appreciate one another’s work. The week will end with a mini art showcase, celebrating imagination, self-expression, and the joy of creating together.
