Extended Care Registration

Extended care in 2021-2022 will be billed at a rate of $11 per hour, billed in minute increments per the student Procare record. There are no discounts for siblings. Billing begins at the time of the classroom dismissal.

Preschool: Extended care offers outdoor play, art activities, and various free play opportunities each afternoon. Please send an afternoon snack that is nut free. PKS will supply milk for snack in preschool.
Elementary and MS(K-G8): Extended care offers students activities, outdoor play, art activities, and various free play opportunities each afternoon. Please send an afternoon snack that is nut free.
Pick up windows: Extended care will be using a curbside pick up for the 2021-2022 school year. Please select a pickup window for your student once they are enrolled in extended care. Pick up windows will be 4:20-4:30 pm, 5:00-5:10 pm, 5:20-5:30 pm, and 5:45-6:00 pm.
Late pick-up after 6:00 pm: Parents will be charged an additional fee on top of the regular extended care fees if the student is picked up at or after 6:01 pm. If a child is picked up after 6:01 pm but before 6:10 pm, as determined by the sign-out time on ProCare, an additional $25 will be charged. After 6:10 pm, an additional $3 per minute will accrue to this late fee. Parents who are late more than 3 times in a 30 day period may lose extended care privileges at the discretion of the Auxiliary Program Director.
